The challenge
Before working with TVT, Enotria was operating a fast-growing, multi-channel drinks business on a legacy on-premise ERP system that was no longer able to support the scale or complexity of its operations. With teams relying on multiple disconnected platforms, day-to-day processes were becoming increasingly inefficient, and manual workarounds were common. Reporting lacked the agility needed for a business that served diverse customer groups, from independent restaurants to national chains and specialist e-commerce retailers.
As the company expanded its product range, logistics footprint and digital capabilities, the limitations of the existing system became more apparent – particularly around duty management, HMRC compliance, stock visibility and real-time operational data. Enotria needed a modern, flexible solution that could not only meet the technical demands of the drinks industry but also evolve in line with its long-term growth plans.
The solution
To address these challenges, Enotria undertook a thorough review of ERP options and partners and selected TVT (previously known as Tvision Technology) to implement Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Business Central’s predecessor). This decision marked the beginning of a partnership that has now spanned more than two decades. TVT worked closely with Enotria to configure NAV to the specific requirements of a bonded warehouse operation, including duty management, complex distribution workflows and detailed financial controls.
Over time, the solution developed by this partnership evolved into Bevica – TVT’s purpose-built ERP solution for the drinks industry. The system has progressively been integrated with a wide ecosystem of specialist applications covering warehouse management, routing and scheduling, forecasting, OCR automation, delivery tracking and business intelligence.
TVT’s collaborative approach ensured continuous alignment with Enotria’s evolving business environment, enabling the system to scale seamlessly with changes in customer profiles, diversification of channels, and increases in operational volume.
