The challenge
As Silent Pool Distillers grew, their previous system could no longer keep up with the complexity of their operation. Stock management had become increasingly difficult, especially when handling duty‑paid and duty‑free inventory across multiple locations. Reporting was slow, fragmented and required extensive manual work, making it difficult for teams to access timely and accurate performance insights.
Manufacturing and production processes were also scaling rapidly — including contract distilling, liquid tracking, multiple SKUs, raw material management, and international shipments. With the business now exporting to over 30 countries and expanding its events, retail and hospitality activities, Silent Pool needed a system that delivered real‑time visibility, strong manufacturing capability and dependable financial control.
The solution
Silent Pool Distillers selected TVT to deliver Bevica (powered by Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) as the platform best suited to their needs.
Bevica was first implemented in 2018, giving them a modern business management solution capable of handling complex stock movements, distillery production, multi‑channel sales and international distribution. The TVT team delivered on‑site workshops, training sessions and hands‑on support. Bevica’s drinks‑industry‑specific features, including duty management, batch control, liquid stock tracking and powerful reporting, enabled Silent Pool to streamline workflows and make data-driven decisions.
In 2024, Silent Pool Distillers successfully upgraded to the cloud‑based SaaS version of Bevica, providing a future‑proofed platform with improved performance, scalability and deep Microsoft integration. The move was delivered collaboratively by TVT and Silent Pool’s internal team, ensuring a smooth and on‑time transition.
