The challenge
Gold Key Media was operating an on-premise Microsoft Dynamics NAV system that was no longer supported by Microsoft. This use of outdated, legacy software exposed GKM to increasing risk and limited its ability to scale.
As the company grew, it also became more difficult to access real-time information across teams, and key processes such as onboarding and logistics documentation were time-consuming and inconsistent.
The solution
TVT supported Gold Key Media in moving to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, providing a modern, cloud-based platform that gives teams access to accurate, up-to-date information whenever they need it. The system enables secure handling of sensitive data, supports mobile access so employees can manage their work on the move, and integrates with Microsoft tools such as Teams.
By moving away from a legacy system, GKM also benefits from Microsoft’s enterprise-grade security, while gaining a flexible platform that can scale as the business continues to grow.
