The challenge

As a small and fast‑growing team, everyone at North South Wines needed to manage a wide range of responsibilities — from customer account management and supplier negotiations to credit control and business forecasting.

To work efficiently and maintain clear visibility across all this information, they required a single, unified platform that provided accurate, real‑time data and could scale effortlessly as the business expanded.

The solution

Bevica (originally powered by Microsoft Dynamics NAV) provided the business with unified platform for finance, CRM, stock, forecasting, and supplier management - all in one place. The cloud-based implementation enabled remote working, real‑time pricing checks, and immediate deal‑making.

In September 2025, North South Wines upgraded to Bevica SaaS (powered by Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central), gaining advanced inventory control, financial reporting, automated rebates, D2C processing, enhanced credit control, and automated document distribution.
