  5. Conduct regular cybersecurity risk assessments 
  6. Label and encrypt sensitive documents and information 
  7. Establish a consistent data governance framework 
  8. Train staff on fraud and social engineering tactics 
  9. Consider a managed service provider (MSP) for expert guidance 
  10. Secure mobile devices with updates, legitimate apps, and safe credential practices
