Clark Foyster Wines goes live with Bevica (powered by Business Central)

Clark Foyster Wines, a leading UK importer of fine wines from Austria, France, Georgia, Greece, Madeira, Portugal and Australia, has successfully gone live with Bevica – the drinks industry ERP solution built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. 

The decision to implement Bevica was driven by the need for a modern, cloud-based system such as Business Central but that is tailored to the wine trade. Moving away from Sage 50, Clark Foyster sought a scalable platform to streamline finance, duty management,  and inventory control while integrating seamlessly with familiar Microsoft tools such as Outlook, Excel and Teams. 

 Drinks ERP implementation success 

The implementation includes Bevica’s core modules (powered by Business Central) and warehouse integration with their third-party logistics provider, ensuring efficient stock management and order fulfilment.  

The project, which culminated in a successful go-live at the beginning of January 2026, was delivered through Bevica Select, TVT’s rapid deployment model for alcoholic beverage businesses. 

We had previously been working with an accounting system which we had outgrown.  We found ourselves relying on a range of different spreadsheets and databases which were not integrated and no longer fit for purpose.  

Every change meant updates in multiple locations and it became increasingly difficult to maintain the integrity of our data. With Bevica, we look forward to spending less time on data management and more time on business development.
